1. Cook the wheat berries first. 1 cup wheat berries to 3 cups water in the pressure cooker. Cook on high for 20 minutes. Use the quick release method when cooking is completed. (Stove-top Option: soak wheat berries overnight and increase water to 4 cups)
2. Peel and chop beets
3. Mix together beets, salt, pepper, oil, balsamic vinegar, maple syrup
4. Roast in the oven for 30 minutes at 400 degrees
5. After the ingredients are done cooking put your salad together and enjoy!!!!
